Taking place each year from 13th to 15th April, Songkran marks the Thai New Year and is one of the country’s most iconic celebrations.
Known globally for its exuberant water festivals, Songkran sees entire cities take to the streets in a symbolic cleansing of the past year, welcoming renewal, positivity and fresh beginnings.

Running from 1st to 30th April 2026, Rosa’s Thai introduces two limited-edition dishes inspired by the flavours and symbolism of Songkran.
Larb Gai – a bright, zesty minced chicken salad with chilli, lime, fresh herbs and toasted rice – is widely associated with celebration and good luck.
Alongside it, Pineapple Fried Rice brings together fragrant jasmine rice, vegetables and sweet pineapple, gently spiced with turmeric to create a golden dish symbolising prosperity and wellbeing.

In partnership with Singha Beer, Rosa’s Thai is offering diners the opportunity to take their experience one step further.
Anyone dining at a Rosa’s Thai restaurant between 1st and 30th April will be entered into a prize draw to win return flights to Thailand, a five-night stay in Bangkok and an insider’s guide to the city.
With each visit counting as an additional entry, the campaign encourages diners to return and immerse themselves in the celebration.
